Day 1: Installation and Comparator/AOI Operations Training
	Operator Start-up System Overview(1 hrs.):
	Overview of system operating modes and utilities System Manual, Help File and Tutorials Loading a PCB for Inspection Overview
	Comparator Mode training (2 hrs.):
	Comparator Mode operation Define "Golden Board" Save inspection setup Hands on lab for students Run a Comparator Mode Inspection Mark and classify faults Inspection Report Review and summarize (Break for lunch)
	AOI Mode Overview (1 hrs.):
	AOI Mode overview AOI Mode defect coverage Operator Mode / Supervisor Mode overview CXF Viewer overview CXF Editor overview Layout Viewer overview Microsoft Excel™ (third-party) overview
	AOI Mode Operations (4 hrs.):
	AOI Mode gathering required materials Reviewing the CAD, BOM and assembly data CXF file development (automated / manual) CXF Editor overview Layout Viewer overview Microsoft Excel™ (third-party) overview / Useful Functions Staging the PCB for best lighting and focus Scanning and naming a New Board Libraries overview (new, inherit, local, central) Verifying XY scale and rotation CXF Viewer Define board size, alignment points, XY to PCB image scale/alignment (PCB screened RefIDs, Layout Viewer, Manual) Device Template ROI best practices Training Device Templates and Thresholds (train a few the stop) Hands on lab for students Stop Device Training Create BSU Notes Saving BSU (Board Set Up) file Run a demo test routine Review and summarize (Break the day)
