Constant View Calibration: Programmable Multi-axis X-Ray Inspection
Both the Insight Pro and Insight Pro XL have an advanced 5-axis manipulator that automatically maintains constant sample to tube and detector distance. This technique maintains relative x-ray tube power and magnification during inspections to provide consistently accurate defect detection results; regardless of how the samples are manipulated during inspection.

The Insight Pro is a high-resolution programmable multi-axis x-ray Inspection System suitable for a wide range of electronics and material analysis. The Insight Pro features a fully programmable multi-axis manipulator 5-axes (X, Y, Z, tilt & Pitch up to 70°).

The inspection routine was created using the Inspection Point Navigator™ a point-and-click macro utility, known as “Teach-&-GO”.

Automated X-Ray Inspection (AXI)

The Insight Pro XL is a Fully Programmable Multi-Axis, Automated X-Ray Inspection (AXI) system suitable for a wide range of high and low volume x-ray applications for electronics and material analysis. The Insight Pro XL features a fully programmable multi-axis manipulator (5-axes (X, Y, Z, tilt 55° & Pitch up to 70°).
