The Flexia Optical Inspection System is an easy-to-use highly versatile, Video Microscope for look-down or look-under visual inspection of BGA/SMT solder joints, packages and assemblies.
The Flexia can also provide external inspection of semiconductor components to identify and document differences in labeling and package construction for counterfeit parts screening.

The FA-Inspector is a desktop scanner station used for first board build inspection and validation prior to line release. The FA-Inspection can also be used inspect and validate the setup of pick-&-place machines and or reflow ovens.
The FA-Inspector also offers entry-level automation to check post reflow SMT solder features for improved small-volume SMT production.
