The RD-500 is a semi-automated single axis placement and reflow station for BGA / SMT rework. Using advanced computer control technology, the RD-500 rework station will meet the most demanding applications, including lead free rework.
The RD-500 Series II system is designed for reworking medium to large PCBAs. The RD-500 incorporates a highly efficient three stage heating system that provides 3.8kW overall thermal output for sufficient thermal capacity and control to execute precise profiles on medium to large PCBs up to 500 x 600mm | 20 x 24".
Systems ship complete with Intel/ATX computer, Windows XP OS, LCD monitor, keyboard, mouse, frame grabber card and software.
