The RD-500SH is a semi-automated single axis placement and reflow station for BGA/SMT rework. Using advanced computer control technology, the RD-500SH rework station will meet the most demanding applications, including lead free rework .
The RD-500SH is designed for reworking standard sized boards. The RD-500SH incorporates a highly efficient three stage heating system that provides 2kW overall thermal output for sufficient thermal capacity and control to execute precise profiles on small to medium sized boards up to 400 X 457mm | 16 x 18".
Systems ship complete with Intel/ATX computer, Windows XP OS, LCD monitor, keyboard, mouse, frame grabber card and software.
