Day 1: Installation and Training
	Operator Start-up training (2 hrs.):
	Overview of system features, controls & Indicators Basic rework concepts Proper operation of system controls and settings Nozzle selection, thermocouples (instrument the board) Basic overview of auto profile operations
	Applications overview :
	Rework Applications (Hardware, Software - Best Practices) Package types: (BGA: - ceramic, plastic, metal and micro) Auto Profile for component removal Validating, editing and saving profiles (establishing a safe thermal profile) Circuit board preparation - masking, baking and other process BGA Package Removal (Best Practices) BGA site preparation BGA removal and replacement process
	Advanced Operator Training (2-4 hrs.) :
