PMS Maintenance Overview:

Ongoing PMS is recommended to ensure optimal system performance and extend system life. Annual Radiation Surveys are included to ensure operator safety and to document compliance with HFS-157.87 and 21 CFR 1020.40 safety regulations.
  • Inspect and document system resolution
  • Image Train Alignment (Inspect and adjust as required)
  • Inspect Structural, Mechanical and Motion Control Systems
  • Clean and lubricate all motion mechanics (i.e., rails, shocks, sample manipulators)
  • Electrical Systems (Inspect and calibrate subsystem voltages)
  • Radiation Surveys (includes x-ray safety compliance certification report)
  • Includes, systems/software operations/applications review (1-2 hrs)
