27 years experience in worldwide sales, marketing and support of Inspection and Rework Systems. His professional experience includes: Worldwide Sales/Applications Manager, Marketing Manager and Product Manager. Mr. Schlieper has set up, and managed a worldwide distribution and manufacturing representative channel. Mr. Schlieper played a key role in the development of new x-ray inspection and rework equipment used by the electronics manufacturing industry.

Mr. Schlieper holds a B.S. in Physics and an MBA from the California State University, Hayward.

17 years experience in sales, marketing, support and engineering of inspection, rework systems and professional products. His professional experience includes: Asia Regional Sales Manager, Business Area Marketing Manager (Asia, Europe), Customer Support / Applications Manager, Product Manager, Engineering Supervisor and Product Engineer. Mr. Silva has played key roles in the development of new manual and automated x-ray inspection systems, international marketing, and customer support.

Mr. Silva holds a B.S. in Engineering Science from the University of California, San Diego.

22 years experience in technical marketing, creative media design, product branding, engineering and applications programming in support of SMT inspection, test and rework products. Mr. McClure is an expert in graphics design, Internet marketing, SEO and mixed-media technical training development.

Mr. McClure holds a B.S. in Computer Information Science from the University of California, San Diego and several advanced certifications in web architecture development, web applications programming and multimedia (audio, video, animation) production.

10 years of electronics manufacturing industry experience in the areas of: field service, applications engineering, technical training and sales support. 

Prior to joining FocalSpot, Mr. Phillips served in progressive applications engineering and industrial x-ray inspection product support positions at Nicolet Imaging Systems / SRT, GenRad ,Teradyne and SAIC

3 years experience Electro/Mechanical x-ray product installation and service.  Extensive background in sales, training and program management.

Prior to joining FocalSpot, Mr. Wells performed Field Service for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) for VACIS gamma ray inspection products  and served as Installations Manager for L-3 Communications SDS’ cargo x-ray inspection products.

10 years industry experience in the areas of field service, applications engineering, technical training and sales support.

Prior to joining FocalSpot, Mr. Rodriguez served in progressive service roles in support of industrial inspection products for Malcom Instruments, Nicolet Imaging Systems/SRT and GenRad.
